• Candidate/employer recruiting files related to an engagement: retained for the duration of the search and a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and records, then deleted or archived per our internal practices.
• Analytics data: retained according to each provider’s settings and our configuration.

8. Your choices and rights (US)

Depending on where you live (including California), you may have rights to request access, deletion, or correction of personal information, and to opt out of certain “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising if we engage in it. To exercise rights, email support@jacksonsquarecompany.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

California notice (CPRA):

Categories collected may include identifiers (name, email, IP, phone if you provide it), professional/employment information you share, internet/network activity (pages, referrer, session analytics), and commercial-context inquiry details.

We disclose these to the service providers listed above for the purposes described. Session analytics may be treated as “sharing” under CPRA; contact us to request an opt-out of sale/share where applicable. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information collected through this website for purposes that require a Limit Use right notice, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive demographic data (such as race) via this site.
